TheArtisticFlame's Terms of ServiceDesign Rules
-you may not sell my designs for more than you bought them for if you bought them in currency. you may however sell them for less than you got them for and/or accept trades for them/gift them.
-if you got one of my designs through trade, you may not sell them for currency. if you have commissioned art for the design, you may sell them for the amount you paid for the commissions in total (no more, but can always be less).
-my designs can be traded and gifted, even if you got them strictly for currency.
-upon gaining one of my designs, you automatically agree to my TOS.
-you may not trace my designs or art.
-you may take inspiration from my designs or art but you cannot copy a design i made completely.Commission Rules
-when you commission me, i have a right to specify when you pay (before, half-half, after) and a right to cancel the commission if you do not want to do so.
-you may not claim any of my art as your own/to be made by you
-you have a right to ask for an idea of how long your commission will take.
-you have a right to ask for progress updates whenever! once every two weeks or maybe once a week if it's a smaller piece is a good amount.
-i will not refund you past the sketch stage unless i do not finish the drawing in the stated time frame i gave or if i don't finish the drawing at all.Blacklist Terms
-you may not obtain any of my designs through sale, trade or gifting.
-you may own characters that have art by me.
-you may not commission me.
-you may not randomly DM me.
-you may ask why you are blacklisted and what this means for you, if i have not blocked you, you may try to explain why you think you don't deserve to be blacklisted
-you may not enter giveaways i host or giveaways that are hosted with my design as a/the prize.How To Get On My Blacklist
you will likely end up on my blacklist if you:
-are racist, homophobic, transphobic, ableist or otherwise discriminatory towards marginalized groups
-are generally very rude to me
-are blacklisted from Sporewings
-violate my TOS
